IPTAC was formed in 2012 to serve the Multi Utility sector within the new build housing industry, primarily in the North of England. We have developed good relationships with most Water Authorities within the UK, along with their service partners working on network schemes and new developments.

Our associate companies offer design and build multi utility packages along with EUSR/Safety training and legionella control services. At IPTAC, we carry out pressure testing on newly installed water mains, with all test graphs & reports being produced independently by a nationally accredited company.

Following successful testing, chlorination is carried out to BS 8558, with scientific analysis carried out by ALS Global Laboratories who provide in depth reports for approval by the relevant Water Authority, prior to the commissioning of the new main into the existing network. With over 20 years of experience in the preparation of new water infrastructure prior to connection, we are well placed to offer help and advice to those contractors who are keen to ‘Get it right first time’.
